DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate automated vision equipment
  • Maintain and upkeep quality data collection systems
  • Maintain and modify product lay down area as needed
  • Prepare inspected product for auditing and warehousing
  • Perform routine APCO changes on automated vision equipment
  • O-Ring packaging and warehousing
  • Perform other duties as required or requested

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED; and two years of manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to read, write and speak in English and possess interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to complete basic math formulas that include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Must have relevant technical skills
  • Must be able to use SAP software

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Work environment consists of manufacturing which may be exposed to noise, heat, and rubber smells
  • Exposure to loud noise levels for up to 2/3 of the time
  • Annual Testing Requirements: Hearing Test, Vision Requirements: Close Vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), Color Vision (ability to identify & distinguish colors)
  • Type Of Personal Protective Equipment Required: Safety Glasses (as needed), Hearing Protection
