DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate automated vision equipment
- Maintain and upkeep quality data collection systems
- Maintain and modify product lay down area as needed
- Prepare inspected product for auditing and warehousing
- Perform routine APCO changes on automated vision equipment
- O-Ring packaging and warehousing
- Perform other duties as required or requested
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
NoneEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED; and two years of manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English and possess interpersonal skills
- Must be able to complete basic math formulas that include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Must have relevant technical skills
- Must be able to use SAP software
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work environment consists of manufacturing which may be exposed to noise, heat, and rubber smells
- Exposure to loud noise levels for up to 2/3 of the time
- Annual Testing Requirements: Hearing Test, Vision Requirements: Close Vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), Color Vision (ability to identify & distinguish colors)
- Type Of Personal Protective Equipment Required: Safety Glasses (as needed), Hearing Protection
