Visa Pismo Lead/Architect- W2 Candidates Only

Responsibilities

• Design solutions on Pismo Core Banking, Payments, and Corporate DDA modules
• Architect the anti-corruption layer and dual-write integration with Hogan
• Define API contracts, event schemas, and non-functional requirements (50ms FedNow latency, 99.99% uptime, FIPS-140 KMS)
• Make, document, and govern technical decisions; lead architecture reviews

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution architecture in banking or payments
• Hands-on experience with Pismo or directly analogous core (Thought Machine Vault, 10x, Mambu)
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification
• Deep expertise in event-sourcing, CQRS, Kafka/MSK, and ISO 20022
• Secure-by-design and regulatory-grade engineering

Nice-to-Have

• Pismo platform certification
• Prior strangler-pattern execution on a Tier-1 core migration
