About the role
Citizens Wealth Management is seeking talented Virtual Wealth Advisors to join our dynamic team. This role is key to our Wealth Management division, focusing on delivering personalized financial strategies to mass affluent clientele.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and sell a broad range of Investment and Insurance products to customers
- Deliver personalized financial strategies to clients
- Work virtually with customers via phone and video
- Grow client assets and retain/acquire new clients
- Develop strong working relationships with branch personnel
- Engage with potential new clients to promote and sell investment products and services
- Analyze the client's investment needs and achieve sales growth goals
- Compare and evaluate possible investment options and identify investment strategies
- Maximize personal efficiency and attention to detail
- Actively participate in opportunities to expand knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Active Series 7, 66 (65 and 63), and life insurance licenses
- Established track record of top-ranked sales performance
- Experience and comfort with virtual and phone-based servicing and sales, preferably in financial or investment products
- Able to adapt quickly to changing requirements or environments
Qualifications
- Education and certifications as outlined above
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
