Position Requirements
- This position is ON-SITE.
- Candidates must possess PC skills, good typing skills, and a solid history of customer service, including handling escalated, in-depth, and detailed conversations.
- Required shifts: 12pm to 9pm, rotating weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Hourly/shift differential pay is available for certain hours: Saturday's from 1pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment and/or previous banking experience.
- Superior customer-service skills, including oral and written communication.
- Effective contribution to a positive team environment.
- Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Adherence to bank procedures and regulations.
- Strong work ethic and high integrity.
- Strong computer and 10-key skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment.
- Knowledge of banking products and procedures.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- 30 wpm typing skills.
