Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual speech therapy tailored to each student's communication goals, speech-language disorders, and unique learning profile
• Create structured intervention plans that align with student IEP goals, targeting areas such as articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) needs
• Adapt instruction and therapeutic exercises in real time based on student engagement, energy, and progress, utilizing interactive digital tools to keep sessions dynamic
• Track student data and communicate effectively with families, IEP teams, and school district partners to ensure regulatory compliance and transparent progress reporting

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• State licensure/certification as an SLP (or willingness to obtain reciprocity)
• Experience delivering teletherapy or working within a school district setting is a strong plus
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace

Preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
