Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using proprietary tools
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams on Individualized Education Programs
• Participate in IEP meetings and manage 'Speech Only' student cases
• Track session data and student progress for IEP consultations
• Develop detailed progress reports for each reporting cycle
• Deliver specialized state-specific services like AAC support and speech screenings

Qualifications

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active SLP license in North Carolina
• Minimum of 1 year of full-time school-based experience in IEP-directed therapy and evaluations (post-CFY)
• Expertise in the IEP process and educational eligibility determinations
• Prior experience with Medicaid billing systems advantageous
• Exceptional communication skills with diverse student backgrounds
• Proficiency in virtual telehealth platforms and digital documentation

$108,160 – $112,320 annually
