This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tele-health visits for patient treatment
• Perform telephonic triage, video consultations, and email follow-ups
• Engage in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds
• Collaborate with team members through daily huddles
• Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
• Currently licensed in CA; eligible to obtain additional state licenses
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care within the last 5 years
• Ability to work flexible afternoon and evening shifts
• Strong clinical and communication skills, proficient in established protocols
