Key Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive psychoeducational assessments.
• Create and assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Offer direct counseling and intervention services as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student well-being and learning.
• Develop strategies for addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• An active School Psychologist license/certification in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
• Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for supporting students' mental health and educational success.
