Virtual Primary Care Physician — Part-Time or Full-Time

About the Role

Join our mission-driven team from the comfort of your home office. We are seeking U.S. board-certified primary care physicians (MD/DO) to manage a diverse patient panel. In addition to general primary care, this includes evaluating patients for chronic disease management tools and Durable Medical Equipment (DME), such as Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and CPAP devices. In this role, you will provide initial and ongoing primary care, practice evidence-based medicine, and build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients—all supported by our advanced virtual care platform. We are currently recruiting physicians licensed in NJ, FL, TX, or GA, as well as physicians holding multiple state licenses (ideally including one or more of these target states).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Care: Provide high-quality virtual primary care via scheduled audio/video visits.
• Clinical Assessments: Evaluate DME needs and complete clinical assessments for medical devices.
• Treatment Plans: Prescribe medications (excluding DEA/state-scheduled drugs) and order appropriate diagnostic lab tests.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate SOAP notes and deliver clear follow-up care recommendations.
• Referrals: Route patients to in-person or specialty care when clinically indicated.
• Quality Assurance: Participate actively in peer review and clinical improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: MD, DO, or equivalent degree.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA).
• Experience: 4+ years of post-residency clinical practice in the U.S.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license in good standing. Must be licensed in at least one key state (NJ, FL, TX, GA) or hold multiple state licenses.

Compensation & Benefits

• Merit-Based Pay: Competitive per-consult payment model directly rewards clinical experience, efficiency, and depth of state licensures. Current rates are $33–$63 per consult (up to $133/hour).
