Virtual Physician

About the Role

A physician licensed in multiple U.S. states is sought to provide high-quality virtual healthcare via telemedicine. The role involves delivering compassionate patient assessments, interpreting lab results, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine for addiction), and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient evaluations and history reviews.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and guide their usage.
• Order and interpret lab tests.
• Build patient relationships through empathetic care.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff for comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.

Requirements

• Active medical licenses in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states (licensing support provided).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
• DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Comfort with telemedicine technology and EMRs (training provided).
