Virtual Physician

About the Role

Seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care. The role offers flexibility to work remotely, with potential in-person hybrid options.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual patient assessments, reviews, and treatments.
• Build compassionate, therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications, including buprenorphine for opioid addiction, adhering to regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay current with medical advancements.

Requirements

• Active medical licenses in at least five states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (assistance provided).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly, scheduled in advance.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.
