Virtual Physician

About the role

Seeking dedicated, licensed physicians to provide high-quality virtual care across multiple specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care. This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with an emphasis on patient assessments, medical history reviews, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered virtual care and build therapeutic relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay current with medical advancements.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff.

Requirements

• Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• DEA certification and applicable CSL, if required.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours per week, preferably over four days.
