Virtual Physician Assistant - Licensed

About the role

Seeking a full-time Virtual Medical Provider to deliver evidence-based primary care via tele-health, including video, phone, and email consultations. The role involves treating patients, participating in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborating with virtual and in-office team members, and utilizing clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care.

Schedule

Flexibility to work shifts from 6am to 12am PST, including weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing virtual care, triage, and follow-up for patients
• Collaborating via daily huddles and team communication
• Demonstrating a passion for human-centered primary care, adaptability, and cultural competence
• Openness to feedback and navigating uncertain situations confidently

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program with active NCCPA certification
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience with diverse patient populations in the past 5 years
• Current CA licensure with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Strong clinical, communication, and technology skills

Pay

Hourly range: $59.10 - $65.50 plus shift differentials.
