Virtual Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (Teletherapy)

About the role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty‑one, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric speech‑language pathology services via virtual/hybrid teletherapy (must reside in Virginia).
• Deliver individualized, one‑to‑one therapy and develop customized care plans for children birth‑21.
• Encourage parent and caregiver participation in sessions to reinforce skills and home exercises.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team (PT, OT, ABA) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in mentorship opportunities and contribute to a culture of authenticity, inclusion, growth, and community.
• Maintain accurate documentation, leveraging tools such as ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Hold current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Virginia.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Show dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Pay

• Base salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year.
• Eligible for clinician bonus program.
