Virtual Paraplanner

About the role

Hudson House Capital is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to support our advisory team in delivering high-quality financial plans and client-ready analysis. This is a remote role for a senior paraplanner (5+ years’ experience) who can work with minimal oversight across the full planning process. Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, tax, estate, and investment analysis
• Build and maintain client cash flow models and scenario analyses
• Prepare client-ready reports, meeting materials, and recommendations ahead of adviser reviews
• Maintain accurate client data across planning and portfolio systems
• Research planning strategies and stay current on relevant regulatory and tax changes
• Support ad hoc projects as the firm grows

Requirements

• 5+ years of paraplanning or financial planning support experience
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working independently
• Excellent written communication for client-facing materials
• Detail-oriented, self-directed approach — this is a small, senior team
