Virtual Observer

About the Role

Provides support to the patient care team by offering virtual continuous observation of multiple patients to ensure safety and prevent injury using technology. Communicates with healthcare team members and navigates clinical systems to retrieve necessary information for patient care. Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current BLS training is required.
• Previous healthcare experience or nursing student status is preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
