Virtual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - CA License

About the Role

This full-time virtual healthcare position involves providing evidence-based primary care through telehealth modalities, including video visits, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups. The provider collaborates with virtual and in-office teammates, participating in weekly clinical rounds and utilizing clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual patient care.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth, including triage, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Engage in continuous learning and team collaboration through daily huddles and clinical rounds.
• Apply clinical skills to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care virtually.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner program with active certification.
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience with patients of all ages.
• Current licensure in CA (ability to obtain additional licenses).
• Excellent clinical, communication, and technology skills.
• Availability for shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and patient-centered care orientation.
