Responsibilities:• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom• Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options• Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication• Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills 4. Requirements:• Must be physically located and authorized to work in the United States• Reliable internet connection• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment• Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools• Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work• Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required 5.
