Requirements

• Prior Experience with Front Desk duties, answering patient calls.

• Prior Experience with Handle Calls

• Prior Experience with Schedule appointments

• Prior Experience with Prior Authorizations

• Prior Experience with Eligibility verifications

• Proven Experience with patient screening for Cognitive Neurology

• Proven experience in front desk duties within US Healthcare system

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
