Job Summary
Responsible for supporting Comcast Business Services in their efforts to retain existing customers through working with customers requesting disconnect of service or identified as having high propensity to request disconnect.
Core Responsibilities
- Uses active listening, empathy, and assumes ownership of customer issues through to resolution.
- Communicates a professional sense of urgency with various departments to rectify customer issues.
- Minimizes churn by strategically offering product bundles and price points that meet customer needs and expand their product mix.
- Proactively encourages retention by contacting clients at high propensity churn points in their lifecycle to assure customer satisfaction and re-contract where appropriate.
- Maintains budgeted retention goals for all product lines.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Works regular, consistent, and punctually.
- Works nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

- Total Target Compensation: $27.36
