Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas for Commercial & Residential, and small business customers.
- Possess a hunter mentality and prospect for new clients while establishing mutually beneficial relationships to generate referrals.
- Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements based on client needs, and prepare documents according to established company guidelines.
- Close sales effectively and provide exceptional customer service through follow-up visits.
- Maintain job progress, demonstrate the operation of the security system, and conduct a final "walk-through" with clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record.
- Technologically adept with tablets, smartphones, and computers.
- Strong selling skills, including prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing sales.
