Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner - [Overnights - CA / NY / DC licensed]

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner - Overnights - CA / NY / DC Licensed to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide tele-health services including triage calls and video visit appointments
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teams via daily huddles
• Leverage clinical training to deliver high-quality virtual care
• Adapt behavior to meet diverse patient needs

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
• Current licensure in CA, NY, and/or DC with ability to obtain additional licenses
• At least 4 years of experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care settings
• Willingness to work overnight shifts (7pm-7am)
• Excellent clinical and communication abilities

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $153,256 – $170,592 annually
