About the role
Seeking a Virtual Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide evidence-based primary care to patients via telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teams
- Continuously enhance clinical skills through weekly rounds and training
- Provide virtual care through telehealth visits, triage, and follow-ups
- Engage in ongoing learning and team collaboration
- Utilize clinical training to deliver high-quality virtual care
Requirements
- Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
- Licensed in CA, with potential for additional states
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience with patients of all ages in the past 5 years
- Strong clinical, communication, and technological skills
- Flexibility to work afternoons and evenings
- Passion for human-centered primary care and teamwork
- Comfortable navigating uncertain situations and adapting to patient needs
- Demonstrate empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to transforming healthcare delivery
Pay
$80/hr.
Schedule
100% virtual position; afternoons and evenings.
