Virtual Design & Construction Manager

Reports To: General Manager
Travel Potential: Up to 50%
Location: Work From Home

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• Experience: Experience with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), BIM, and digital construction workflows; experience in telecom, utility, construction, or engineering environments preferred

Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and related construction technology tools
• Knowledge of construction processes and cloud-based collaboration platforms
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Foundational understanding of architecture, engineering, and construction principles
• Ability to analyze project data, metrics, and reality capture deliverables
• Positive, adaptable mindset with openness to innovation and new ways of working

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in telecommunications, utilities, construction, or engineering industries
• Experience with 4D scheduling, 5D estimating, and advanced VDC workflows
• Familiarity with reality capture technologies such as laser scanning and drone mapping

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in an office or remote environment for extended periods
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required for project and field support
• Ability to sit, stand, and use computer equipment for extended durations
• Ability to visit active construction sites and comply with required PPE and safety standards
