About the role

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at our hotel booking platform, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal is to ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests related to hotel bookings, accommodations, and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding hotel availability, pricing, and amenities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data handling guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

Pay
