Virtual Construction - Senior Manager

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align virtual construction practice with company goals
• Integrate methodologies into project delivery including BIM coordination and quality control
• Enhance and implement SOPs and best practices for consistency
• Identify and modify processes for improved efficiency
• Manage complex projects while prioritizing the business interest
• Evaluate and implement emerging tools and industry trends
• Prepare training and communications regarding workflow changes

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of virtual design and construction experience
• Experience leading and mentoring team leads
• Proficient in staffing allocation and budget management across projects
• Proven track record of implementing virtual construction strategies
• Deep working knowledge of BIM tools and VDC processes
• Strong understanding of construction documents and design communication tools
• Excellent communication skills, capable of complex stakeholder engagement

Pay

$120,000 – $165,000 annually
