Virtual Clinician Home Evaluations Physician Full Time -Iowa

Responsibilities

• Conduct online Video Visits with health plan members, ensuring a private and compliant setting
• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly, achieving a minimum of 320 capacity units per month
• Achieve a high visit completion rate, consistently completing over 220 visits per month
• Stay updated with training and compliance requirements for Video Visits
• Engage in regular team and management meetings to ensure effective collaboration
• Maintain performance metrics related to operational and member experience

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area
• Experience with telehealth visit delivery, specifically Video Visits or similar formats (preferred)
• Ability to engage with health plan members in a remote manner
• Proficiency in information management and technology
• Multi-state licensing (preferred)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
