Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist (LICSW) - New Hampshire License Required
About the role
Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time LICSW to provide therapy services through our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you'll provide care across a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing ongoing therapy, and connecting patients with valuable community resources.
What You'll Do
- Develop and monitor treatment plans
- Provide virtual therapy services across a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults
- Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
- Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience following independent LICSW licensure
- Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in New Hampshire required
- Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience; group therapy experience strongly preferred
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
- Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages, but a minimum of ages 13+
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

Pay & Schedule
- Starting at $75,000/year
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST | 40 hours per week
- Fully Remote
