Virtual Automotive Buyer / Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage purchasing territories to maximize unit count and gross profit.
• Work with customers and assist them through the car selling process from start to finish.
• Proactively schedule customer appraisals, appraise vehicles, complete and process all required paperwork.
• Thoroughly address the customers' vehicle appraisal and selling questions.

Requirements

• Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills REQUIRED.
• Prior vehicle purchasing and or buying, phone sales and or used car valuation experience is a plus.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

ALGo was developed by AutoLenders in order to support new market development, increase national auction presence and to offer additional inventory procurement. We use market data as inputs into our vehicle pricing algorithm, ensuring accuracy while reviewing and approving purchases at our corporate operations center. ALGO is rapidly expanding and currently servicing New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Ohio, North Carolin, Florida, Illinois, and Georgia. We will continue to expand throughout the United States.
