Responsibilities
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as they arise
- Help test our website and features to confirm everything works as intended, exploring pages, forms, links, and workflows the way a typical user would
- Flag and clearly report any bugs, glitches, or unexpected behavior, including the steps to reproduce them
- Re-check items after fixes are made to confirm issues have been resolved
- Keep simple records or checklists of what has been reviewed and tested
- Aid with time-sensitive requests and last-minute tasks
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with the team despite time zone differences
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and new assignments
Requirements
- Comfortable handling phone calls in English with professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to notice when something isn't working correctly
- Comfortable navigating websites and web apps, and following steps to test features
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Flexible and adaptable to ad-hoc requests and varying workloads
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for phone calls
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a remote administrative role preferred
