Responsibilities
- Identify and manage relationships with community scientific leaders and healthcare providers
- Conduct peer discussions to provide Medical Affairs support
- Engage in discussions on prevention gaps and barriers in care
- Facilitate scientific exchanges and integrate insights into company strategies
- Communicate insights from external stakeholders to HQ Medical Affairs
- Represent R&D at meetings and contribute to insights and reports
- Develop territory plans aligned with the global Virology strategy
- Support data generation and investigator identification for clinical trials
Qualifications
- Doctorate or advanced practice degree relevant to Virology
- Minimum of 3 years in biotech/pharma or healthcare Clinical/research experience in Virology/HIV for at least 3 years
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%, residing in the coverage area
- In-depth knowledge of Virology and related trends
- Capable of analyzing complex data and interpreting results
