Vinyl/Sign Installer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vinyl Graphic/Sign Installer. Are you a problem-solver who can think on your feet? Do you like working with your hands and making things? As an Installer, you'll play an important role in getting the finished graphic or sign in place so everyone can see it — in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle, or hanging from a ceiling. You'll use a variety of tools to fabricate, assemble, erect, and hang items, both inside and out. In fact, most of your days will be spent moving, lifting, and building for a wide variety of sign installations. You'll be in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative and supportive team. Compensation includes an hourly wage and a monthly production bonus after 90-day training period.

Requirements

• Installation experience of 3 or more years
• Vehicle wrap or tint installation experience is a plus
• Ability to operate wide-format printers, router, and/or laser is a bonus, but not required
• Ability to work a standard schedule with some flexibility
• Team approach with willingness to help with production and other tasks as needed
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders, boom lifts, and scaffolding
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, erect, and hang signs and graphics using a variety of tools
• Work closely with design and production teams to meet project specifications and deadlines
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during installation and equipment operation
• Take a proactive approach with attention to detail
• Perform installations after hours, on weekends, or occasional out-of-town work as needed

Compensation

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour, plus monthly production bonus after 90-day training period.

Schedule

Primary day shifts Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional after-hours, weekend, or out-of-town installations.
