Vinyl Graphic Installer

About the Role

We’re looking to add a new face to our quality-driven, team-focused Graphics group. As a member of the hands-on Print Production Team, you’ll help take Graphics Projects through print, lamination, finishing, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation of vinyl graphics on equipment, without bubbles, debris, wrinkles, or errors.
• Meet customer’s tight deadlines.
• Safely and effectively work with knives to cut vinyl to fit equipment, hand tools (drill, rivet gun, etc.) to attach corner pieces to equipment, and heat gun to adhere vinyl graphics.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production & installation areas.
• Assume responsibility and act independently with a ‘See it, Own it, Solve it’ approach to problem-solving and project ownership.
• Demonstrate a positive, determined attitude, driven by the spirit of teamwork.
• Show passion and drive to learn new technologies, processes, and equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights for installation purposes, including stretching, bending, and climbing in outdoor and indoor environments.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of the digital printing industry, with experience related to the operation of wide format digital printers, plotters, digital cutters, and laminators (preferred).
• Experience with Roland printers is a bonus.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle wrap application, point-of-purchase display, or sign installation (preferred).
• Basic understanding and use of computers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible to changing work demands.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
