Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Chef to ensure all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently
• Collaborate with the banquets department to ensure all banquet events are fully operational
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
• Complete and report monthly bar inventory
• Review monthly financial reports with Director of Food and Beverage
• Schedule front-of-house team members
• Supervise 20-30 team members in the dining room
• Ensure consistent and efficient service to guests while maintaining department goals
• Interview and hire team members, conduct performance evaluations and appraisals, motivate and educate staff, and coach team members when necessary
• Ensure guest happiness and satisfaction with their experience
• Cover any and all uncovered shifts

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite products including Word and Excel; experience with Point of Sale software is preferred
• Interest in serving guests with excellence and maintaining a fun work environment

Pay

This is a salaried position starting at $70,000 per year, based on experience.
