About the Role

The Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for an on‑call Villas Bartender. Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country, the resort offers a serene experience with over 140,000 sq ft of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18‑hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars, with convenient access to premier shopping, dining, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Airport. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow as a bartender and brings a passion for guest service.

Schedule

Shift Pattern: 2‑4 shifts a week. Morning and evening shifts available. Fridays and Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively seeking ways to make their experience special.
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Stock and organize bar supplies—including beverages, glassware, and perishables—for seamless service.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately using the point‑of‑sale system for cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage‑related items.
• Address guest concerns professionally, including handling situations with intoxicated guests with care and respect.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team‑member well‑being.
