We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting: - Title: End of Life Vigil Aide CNA Overland Park, KS Hours: Mon-Thurs 10a-8:30pm - Intro: "Great new Career Opportunity in Hospice! We'll treat that as Responsibilities. - Then: "Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Professional Experience: Must have a State Certified CHHA/CNA license Experience in hospice or home health, preferred No experience necessary but 1 year, preferred Must be willing to travel Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation" - Then: "Ascend Hospice - is part of the Ascend family of Healthcare Companies. We treat residents, their families and each other with respect, dignity and compassion. We've built a strong reputation on the outstanding level of care that we provide. Ascend Hospice is an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO/AA/M/F/DV #APPLOIAIDE" We need to remove EEO boilerplate and maybe the mission statement? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The mission statement is not necessarily boilerplate but could be considered generic. However, it's part of the posting; we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The mission statement is substantive? It's generic but still part of posting. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The mission statement may be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. However, we might keep it under "About the role" or maybe a separate "About the company". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put company description under About the role. The "About the role" heading is for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can put a paragraph about the role and company under About the role. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's identify content for each possible section: - About the role: we have description of role, mission, etc. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: we have the list of duties. - Requirements: we have Education, Professional Experience, travel, driver's license, etc. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements. Could combine? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, etc.), Benefits (since they list Competitive Salaries, Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Mileage Reimbursement, Opportunities to advance and grow your career). Pay: they mention Competitive Salaries but not specific numbers. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. They do state Competitive Salaries (but not specific). Is that enough? It says "Competitive Salaries" is a statement of pay. That's specific enough? It's not a number but it's a statement. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive Salaries" is not filler like "commensurate with experience"? It's somewhat vague but still a statement. I'd consider it substantive enough to include a Pay section with that phrase. - Schedule: they gave Hours: Mon-Thurs 10a-8:30pm. That's specific schedule. So we can include Schedule section. - Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; we could infer from responsibilities but better not to invent. So we skip Skills. - Qualifications: maybe we can combine with Requirements; but we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. To avoid thin sections, we could merge them into Requirements (or Qualifications). Since we have both education/experience etc., we can put them under Requirements. Qualifications could be left out. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check if any content for Benefits: they list Competitive Salaries (but that's pay), Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off, Mileage Reimbursement, Opportunities to advance and grow your career, And More! So Benefits section can include those. Pay: Competitive Salaries. Schedule: Mon-Thurs 10a-8:30pm. Now we need to format: Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. So we won't put a heading for the title. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we don't have any. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties exactly as given? We can paraphrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That suggests we should keep the details, not omit them. We can keep them as list items, maybe slightly rephrase but better to keep original phrasing. We'll copy the duties as list items. Similarly for requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Professional Experience: Must have a State Certified CHHA/CNA license; Experience in hospice or home health, preferred; No experience necessary but 1 year, preferred; Must be willing to travel; Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. We need to keep all that. Benefits: Competitive Salaries, Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off, Mileage Reimbursement, Opportunities to advance and grow your career, And More! We'll list them. Pay: Competitive Salaries (maybe we can note that it's mentioned under Benefits as well but we still include Pay section). Could we avoid duplication? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; duplication is okay if it's in the original. But we could note that Pay section just repeats Competitive Salaries. It's okay. Schedule: Mon-Thurs 10a-8:30pm. Now About the role: we need to include the introductory paragraphs that describe the role, mission, etc. We'll combine into a paragraph or multiple paragraphs. Use

for prose. We must remove EEO boilerplate: "Ascend Hospice is an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO/AA/M/F/DV #APPLOIAIDE". Remove that. Also remove any duplicated lines: maybe there are duplicates like "Ascend Hospice - is part of the Ascend family of Healthcare Companies." We'll keep it once. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
