Our events

Most days, we’re 100% focused on the needs of our clients. Stepping out of that focus to look at the big picture, reconnect as a team, and plan our future together has helped steer our shared journey and shape our culture in immeasurable ways. Whether it’s an impromptu happy hour to celebrate a new hire, or a long-planned company retreat, we find value in time spent together working to make Viget better.

• Quarterly TTTs – Every quarter we spend a day away from client work to improve Viget and have some fun.
• Annual Retreats – Each spring, we laugh, learn, and celebrate Viget’s birthday with an overnight (or 3-day) retreat.
• Team Offsites – Once or twice a year, our individual teams spend a day swapping notes, setting goals, and renewing their shared vision.
• Holiday Dinners – These are our chance to dress up a bit and mingle with significant others around the holidays.
• Family Picnics – In the summer or fall, each office gathers with families for sports, hotdogs, and other picnicky things.
• Shared Meals – We value the act of sharing food. Both remote and in-office teammates enjoy weekly Free Lunch Fridays.

Our offices

Pre- and post-Covid, well-designed offices are a core part of our culture and success, even for our remote teammates who typically visit a few times each year. Each office is designed with a mix of open seating, closed meeting rooms, and nooks to tuck away in and focus. They’re also designed to host community events of all sizes, client workshops, and an occasional visit from a friendly pet or cute kid.
