Responsibilities

• Create content that engages consumers, focusing on high attention metrics like views, likes, comments, etc.
• Master the art of editing and optimizing content for multiple social platforms, ensuring it performs at scale.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos, optimizing them for various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, emerging formats, and editing techniques to maintain content freshness and competitiveness.
• Bring new ideas to the team and contribute to ideation sessions, while also being responsible for execution, testing, and optimization.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on projects with tight deadlines.
• Attend brainstorming sessions, kickoffs, and team meetings to share ideas and support performance-driven strategies.
• Mentor and guide creators, art directors, and copywriters within the team and across the agency.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional creative experience, particularly in video shooting and editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Exceptional content creation skills, able to handle projects from start to finish.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and cross-functional departments.
• Self-starter with a passion for creativity and a commitment to excellence.

Pay

Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 USD
