Responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Stay informed about local market movements, activities, and competitors.
• Work towards targets and achieve goals in a supportive team environment.
• Leverage your knowledge of the mortgage market, including schemes like Help to Buy.

Requirements

• CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent (or willingness to obtain it with our support).
• Demonstrable track record of success in financial services, specialising in mortgage and protection advice (for experienced roles).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of the local mortgage market and competitive landscape.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the industry.
