Vietnamese Speakers — Text Review Project (US-based, Remote)

BLEND is hiring expert bilingual annotators for a short, fast-turnaround data labeling project in the medical AI space. Languages needed: Vietnamese and English.

About the work

• Review short transcript snippets in your target language
• Identify text containing protected health information (PHI)
• Classify each instance using a defined taxonomy
• Full instructions and training materials are provided before you begin

Volume: ~100 cases total across the team
Approx. 10 minutes per case
Expected commitment: ~3 hours of labeling per annotator
Work is completed entirely on a mobile app (iOS or Android) — a smartphone is required
Hourly, time-tracked in-platform

Requirements

• Based in the United States (U.S. territory — non-negotiable, client requirement)
• Expert-level fluency in Vietnamese and English
• iOS or Android smartphone
• Willing to sign a BAA (healthcare data confidentiality agreement) in-app
• Willing to sign an AI-tool attestation: use of ChatGPT, Claude, or any generative AI/LLM on this project is strictly prohibited and results in immediate removal and non-payment
• Completion of a short integrity screen (10–15 min, unpaid, one-time — valid for future projects too)

Good to know before applying

• Only active labeling time is tracked and paid; time spent reading instructions or training is not compensated
