About the role
We are seeking a Junior Veterinary Assistant to support our lead veterinarians in daily clinical operations at Vietnam Pet Center.
Responsibilities
- Perform examinations under the direction of the head veterinarian.
- Assist in surgical procedures at the veterinary hospital.
- Monitor and document daily pet medical records on the reporting system.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and submit reports to the head veterinarian.
- Provide care and treatment for hospitalized pets.
- Advise pet owners on medication and product recommendations.
- Participate in community and volunteer activities with pets.
Requirements
- Professional qualification: Veterinary Assistant certification.
- Degree: University-level education.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a related role.
- Work schedule: 8–10 hour shifts.
- Additional requirement: Desire to specialize and advance in veterinary medicine.
