About the role

The Strategic Operations team of ALLIUS is responsible for tactical midterm product supply and pipeline planning, in addition to long-term product supply assurance that includes the strategic development and planning for capacity and demand changes throughout the ALLI-NAM network. The team is responsible for the initiation, development and completion of assurance studies, and communicating the results, risks and recommendations to the business from conception through implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, develop, and complete assurance studies related to product supply and pipeline planning
  • Communicate results, risks, and recommendations to the business
  • Collaborate with the SIO Technical Resource team and OCC Planning team
  • Work with 7-10 main collaborators across the LI Operations team at the Head Office (Houston, TX)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc)
  • Strong Data Analytics Skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to produce high quality documents and make presentations on project status
  • Foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning Frameworks (nice to have)
  • Understanding of machine learning techniques and AI as a tool for data analytics (nice to have)
  • Project management & coordination skills (nice to have)
  • Ability to interact with people from all levels of the organization (nice to have)

Qualifications

  • English fluency is required

Skills

Benefits

Position based in HOUSTON TEXAS, USA for an initial period of 18 months, (not extendable).

Position open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program. Therefore, only the applicants meeting the requirements of the French V.I.E program will be taken into consideration.
