Videographer/Photographer

About the role

Wolfe House Movers, based in Bernville, PA, is seeking a full-time Videographer/Photographer to join our specialized transport team. We move massive, complex, and essential cargo, and we need a visual storyteller to capture that scale while building and managing our digital asset library from the ground up. This role blends on-site production with studio editing and digital organization.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video of our fleet, manufacturing processes, and expert team.
• Develop and manage a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system — tag, archive, and organize all media for easy retrieval.
• Ensure every shot aligns with our brand’s look and feel.
• Optional/Plus: Draft and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, turning raw footage into viral-ready stories.

Requirements

• Solid portfolio demonstrating proven experience in both videography and photography (provide links to personal website, Vimeo, YouTube, Behance, or similar).
• Pro-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, with ability to utilize 3D modeling, After Effects, and motion graphics.
• Highly organized — enjoys file naming conventions and cataloging.
• Adaptable and willing to travel to project sites; comfortable with the dynamic pace of the transport industry.
• Bonus: Drone experience (FAA Part 107), content strategy skills, or background in industrial/construction settings.

Benefits

• Growth: As our marketing department expands, so will your role and influence.
• Variety: No two projects are the same — you’ll see parts of the industry most people never witness.
• Competitive pay based on experience, with a path to expanded benefits as the role evolves.
