About the role

This role involves producing a concise promotional video that introduces a comprehensive employee support model, highlighting the roles of sales representatives, customer success managers, and help desk staff. The project centers on capturing authentic testimonials from real employees in an interview-style format, complemented by engaging B-roll footage. Filming will take place during a one-day shoot at a Midtown Manhattan office, with the final deliverable being a polished video under five minutes in length. The video will serve as a key asset to showcase the organization’s commitment to exceptional service and support.

Deliverables

• Plan and execute a one-day video shoot at the specified Midtown Manhattan location.
• Capture high-quality interview footage of selected employees, ensuring clear audio and professional lighting.
• Film relevant B-roll to visually support the testimonials and enhance storytelling.
• Edit and assemble the final video, integrating interviews and B-roll into a cohesive narrative.
• Deliver a finished video under five minutes, optimized for online viewing and promotional use.
• Ensure all content aligns with provided brand guidelines and maintains a professional tone.

Requirements

• Proven experience in producing corporate or testimonial-style videos.
• Proficiency with professional video and audio equipment, including lighting setups.
• Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to direct on-camera talent and create a comfortable interview environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage a one-day shoot efficiently.
• Availability to film on November 11 at the Midtown Manhattan office.
