  • Interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective, visually engaging video and motion content.
  • Ensure all video and motion assets uphold Flywheel’s brand guidelines, visual standards, and tone. Maintain a high degree of attention to detail across editing, animation, graphics, captions, audio, formatting, and final asset delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with members of the Video and Design teams throughout the creative process. Present work clearly, receive feedback constructively, and incorporate revisions efficiently.
  • Apply platform-specific video best practices to create content that is effective, engaging, and appropriately formatted.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in social media, motion graphics, AI, and video production to ensure Flywheel’s creative output is fresh and competitive.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and the Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience preferred. Experience with 3D animation tools is considered an asset.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating professional-level animation and editing with clear notes on your contributions.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to own multiple tasks simultaneously with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Experience executing creative briefs and collaborating with production partners.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently.
  • Open to feedback, embrace new challenges, and committed to growing as a creative professional.
