Video Production Specialist (US) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Responsibilities

• Converse with advanced language models on real-world production scenarios and technical video questions.
• Verify factual accuracy and creative consistency in model responses.
• Capture reproducible error traces during interactions with the model.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in film, media production, communications, or a closely related creative field.
• Professional production portfolios demonstrating skills in cinematography, directing, lighting, sound design, editing, and post-production workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and experience with studio and field production.
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills to explain processes and results to the model.

Qualifications

Experience with large-scale language models and their integration into production workflows is preferred.

Skills

• Expertise in video production techniques including cinematography, directing, lighting, sound design, and editing.
• Knowledge of post-production workflows and tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, especially when explaining processes and results to advanced language models.

Pay

A pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
