Video Production Specialist
Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Production Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating advertisements and social media content that connects with audiences and meets with the client's goals. This role requires both technical editing skills and strong communication with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for advertisements, short films, and social media
- Work closely with the creative team & supervisor to brainstorm and execute video content
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project objectives and progress
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, visually compelling content
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously
- Maintain organized file systems and backups
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of job experience in video production
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms)
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; strong English communication skills (written and spoken) required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure videos meet accessibility standards, including captions, transcripts, and appropriate formatting
- Leverage emerging tools (including AI-assisted editing, captioning, and content generation) to improve production efficiency
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage feedback professionally
Compensation
$42,000 - $72,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
