Video Production Lead

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Video Production Lead to join the team. This role focuses on operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of video production projects from start to finish
• Lead pre-production tasks including casting and logistics for seamless shoot days
• Coordinate high-volume content versioning across various formats and channels
• Conduct compliance reviews for creative assets before delivery
• Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure timely delivery of final assets
• Serve as the main contact for stakeholders throughout projects
• Maintain vendor relationships and decide when to outsource work

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in video production from concept to delivery
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage production contracts and agreements
• Existing network of production partners and freelancers
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Knowledge of the full production and post-production cycle, including editing tools
• Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse teams
• Collaborative mindset focused on video performance and quality
• Experience with AI tools to improve production efficiency

Pay

$105,000 – $185,000 annually
