About the Role

This hybrid role combines hands-on videography and editing with multimedia content production to support high-visibility enterprise projects. You will shoot, edit, and package video and supporting multimedia assets, and develop multi-platform distribution plans to extend content reach—turning the Producer's plans (and your own ideas) into finished, distributed assets across web, social, and internal channels.

Responsibilities

  • Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for interviews, events, b-roll, and studio production across all three business lines.
  • Edit raw footage into polished final videos—corporate, training, social, executive, and event recap content—using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
  • Design supporting multimedia assets: motion graphics, thumbnails, captions/subtitles, and short-form social cuts.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel content plans (intranet, LinkedIn, YouTube, internal newsletters) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Maintain a content calendar and repurpose long-form video into platform-specific formats.
  • Manage the media asset library, footage archives, and file backup/organization.
  • Stay current on platform trends, accessibility standards, and emerging production/editing tools.
  • Partner with the Producer on shot planning and provide field production support.
  • Perform other related duties and activities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–10 years of experience in videography, video editing, and/or multimedia or digital content roles in enterprise, agency, or broadcast environments.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite; experience with professional/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Demonstrated experience adapting video content for social/digital platforms and measuring content performance.
  • Strong storytelling, visual composition, and motion-graphics skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and balance creative integrity while implementing feedback from different stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25–30% to support business-line shoots and events.

Physical Requirements

Sedentary work involving sitting most of the time. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
