Video Editor for Christian Teaching Ministry

About the role

Cybermissions is a digital Christian non-profit providing free and low-cost theological training to those in need. We are a small, volunteer-driven team of third-culture international Christians from diverse backgrounds. We are seeking volunteers who will enjoy being part of a prayerful, Spirit-filled team and who will commit to the work long-term.

Responsibilities

• Edit Zoom lectures (approximately 5 hours per week) to produce acceptable videos by:
• Removing glitches such as students joining late or background noise
• Chopping long lectures into shorter segments
• Adding a short end screen directing students to course materials
• Prioritize processing newer lectures, though there are many older lectures to be addressed

Qualifications

• Experience with video editing, particularly for educational or lecture content
• Familiarity with Zoom recordings and common editing techniques (noise reduction, trimming, segmenting)
• Attention to detail to ensure polished, professional output
• Commitment to the mission and values of Cybermissions

Notes

This is a volunteer position. Cybermissions cannot sponsor visas or offer employment, but we provide opportunities for skills development and will give references upon completion of tasks.
